I had such a great experience and felt welcomed from the moment I walked in until I left. Jessica was my injector and she was amazing. She walked me through every step, answered all of my questions with so much knowledge, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The entire team was warm and professional, and the whole experience felt smooth and positive. I absolutely love my results and will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Upon turning 40 It was time for a little bit of self care and preventative health. One Life Health and Performance is everything I was looking for and Dr. Winnard exceeded my expectations In patient care, medical knowledge and his calming bedside manner. I went in for my first touch of Botox and was thrilled with my results. He assured me I would always look natural in his care which was a big concern to me. I felt refreshed and more confident after my apt. We also discussed hormones and IV hydration therapy to help me feel better regarding some of my other health concerns. The IV hydration was wonderful and their high tech massage chairs were really the icing on the cake. I left feeling strong and looking forward to my next IV treatment. His staff is wonderful. They really make an effort to get to know the patients and it is a very personalized experience for the patients at One life! Almost like a family environment. Did I mention the office? It’s absolutely gorgeous! What a wonderful place to receive medical care from Dr. Winnard and cosmetic treatments such a botox, dermal fillers, and skin care services. The office is modern and state of the art. The staff is warm and caring. Dr. Winnard clearly has a passion for preventative health care and for helping his patients look and feel their best. He takes his time with each patient and the entire experience at One life is unlike a typical doctors office experience. I look forward to working with Dr. Winnard and his excellent staff in helping me have the very best 40’s I can have. I trust One Life and Dr. Winnard and highly recommended this practice if you are concerned with your health and improving the way you look and FEEL! WOW!! I had an organic facial with Autumn and it was absolutely AMAZING. She was very thorough with her service, explanations and helping me with a daily skin care routine to work on to combat the fine lines and sun spots. Hands down the best facial I have ever received. Great staff and clean and inviting office too. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!
