I can move without pain again! I’d tried traditional PT without any improvement, so I was skeptical when I walked in at the Box Doc. However, I was desperate to try anything to, at least, minimize the pain and discomfort—there were nights where I’d lay in bed crying, thinking I was doomed to live in pain. At my first consultation with Dr. Madison, she asked me questions about my day-to-day, and helped me realize that even little things, like how my screens are set up at my home office (I’m a writer), were impacting my neck and shoulders. No other PT had done that before. Dr. Madison is kind, knowledgeable, passionate, and committed to her craft. Every session, I learned exercises to improve my mobility, and slowly, I regained my strength, confidence, and motivation to move my body and get back into training. Today, I can honestly say I’ve gotten my life (and peace of mind) back. Eternally grateful.

The box doc is a fabulous place to recover and improve mobility and strength. I came to Jaime with an injured shoulder. She was able to pin point the exact issue and give me exercises to improve. I can’t express enough, the gratitude that I have for Jamie and the box dock team. I can finally work out and not be in pain As well as get better with each workout because of the correct positioning with my body.

Jaime was phenomenal, I felt like I was family from the second I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile, and her facility is extremely clean, and top notch! She took extra time and care to fully understand what was going on. She was thorough and knowledgeable.
