Nathalie....Thank You from the bottom of my heart for all that you do and all that you continue to do for me. Your kindness and sincere compassion have not gone without notice. When I'm at my worst you're always that beacon of light that lets me know that my concerns are warranted, valued and heard. Thank you for going the extra mile to help me navigate my recent health concerns. You truly are a gift and always have a way of lifting me up when I feel I can no longer get through the rough times. You listen without judgment and genuinely care about helping me be the best version of me. Dr Mercedes works wonders! After early menopause due to a hysterectomy and years of doctors medicating me unnecessarily with pharmaceuticals (Statins, etc), at 55 years old, I felt like I was 90. I could barely walk, had little energy, weak muscles, no libido, and felt I had early Alzheimers. Doctors just kept prescribimg more pills and told me I was just getting old. After seeing Dr. Mercedes, I felt like she gave me 20 years back in my life! She treated me holistically; balancing my body with much needed hormones, vitamins/minerals, compounded bio-identicals, and thyroid medication specific to my needs. Under her care for the past 12 years, I have new energy, I'm 30 lbs lighter, and feel (and look) many years younger than my current age 67. I wish there were more Doctors that would take this approach versus the pharmaceutical $$ driven practices most doctors subscribe to.

I’ve been doing HRT with Dr. Mercedes and her team for the past two years, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. They are incredibly caring and take the time to explain all your options thoroughly, which really helped me feel informed and supported. Before coming to Dr. Mercedes, pellet insertions were always a source of stress due to the pain involved. But with Nathalie, the experience has completely changed — she’s highly attentive to pain management and goes out of her way to ensure the procedure is smooth and as pain-free as possible. I’ve also experienced the same level of care during a laser treatment. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and they even followed up with me daily for a week afterward to check in on my recovery.
