I'm 46 and just had my right knee replaced by Dr Ackerman. I cannot recommend him in any higher regard. It's been 3.5 months and I'm already back on the tennis court. The staff at Jupiter Medical was so awesome as well. I was terrified for this surgery and it really took an emotional toll on me. Dr Ackerman and his staff (Jeneva is great!) made me feel very comfortable and walked me through every step. Eventually I will have to do my left knee as well and I will 100% return to Dr Ackerman! A+

Had my left knee replaced by Gary Ackerman, was in the hospital for 3 days then went home, after some healing and 6 weeks of home PT I had 120 degrees range of motion, then I started PT at Dr Ackerman’s facility on Beacon Dr. where I steadily increased my range of motion to 140 degrees in a few weeks, had little to no pain and was able to get around relatively easily, Great doctor and wonderful staff I’m really happy with the results, I am Highly Recommending Palm Beach Sports Medicine for anyone needing Orthopedic Surgery!!!! Nice Facility with X ray and MRI on site as well as Physical Therapy!!!

Dr Ackerman did a left knee replacement on my knee 5 months ago. I am almost at 100%. He is a master surgeon, and his office is well run and organized. His assistant Geneva is awesome. Dr. Ackerman is also a friendly, caring, person and I would give him and his office ten stars if I could.
