About this clinic

Arthritis Knee Pain Centers Alpharetta, located in Alpharetta, Georgia, specializes in non-surgical treatment of knee osteoarthritis and related joint pain using platelet-rich plasma therapy. PRP is an orthobiologic approach that harnesses growth factors from the patient's own blood to support tissue repair and reduce inflammation in damaged joints. The clinic positions itself as an alternative to surgery and opioid management for patients with chronic knee pain seeking to maintain activity and function. Treatment is individualized following an initial screening, and the practice emphasizes regenerative modalities that work alongside the body's natural healing processes rather than masking symptoms pharmacologically.

The assistant Kaleha is the best. She explains what to expect from the procedure and helps the doctor who does the injections. I am not sure I would have gone through with the injections had it not been for her talking me through her it . I appreciate her.

My experience with Arthritis Knee Pain Center has been positive. The injections have helped tremendously and I no longer have knee pain! Aurielle Thomas is great to answer questions and is very helpful and friendly. Dr Kingloff is very gentle and knowledgeable! His nurse Kaleha is warm and puts you at ease!

I would love to say my experience was positive. I was a new patient 4 days ago. They were going to send a prescription for the gel to Optum RX (which is required by my insurance). 2 days after my appt I had not heard from anyone so I called Optum. No rx sent. I called the clinic and they said they would send a message and someone would call me back. Never heard from anyone. I called just now and "Ozzie" actually hung up on me after I said "ok, thank you for your help". He said there is a 24-48 hr turn around time for return calls. I said I would wait and see if someone called me back on Monday and if they didn't then I would be looking to go elsewhere. I was really hoping for a better result here. I am wondering if since I can't use their gel if I am getting pushed to the back burner. Is it about helping those suffering with severe OA or is it about getting that money? We shall see.
