I had a great experience at this physical therapy clinic. Jessica, the nurse practitioner, was incredibly kind and attentive, and she really took the time to listen to my concerns about my knee pain. Chris and Arsenio, the physical therapists, were both very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. They explained the exercises clearly and made sure I was comfortable during each session.
Molly at the front desk was always friendly and welcoming, which made every visit easy and pleasant.
Thanks to this team, my knee pain has completely improved and I’m no longer experiencing the issues I came in with. I’m very grateful for their care and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy!

I couldn’t be happier with the care and service I’ve received at Atlanta Innovative Medicine!
Jessica, the NP is fantastic! Knowledgeable, Attentive, and Genuinely takes the time to listen and explain everything thoroughly. My treatment plan is easy to follow with her guidance!
Molly, the Receptionist is wonderful! Friendly, Organized, and Always helpful with questions. Keeps the office running smoothly - even when it's busy. Plus, every interaction is handled with kindness!
Kris, the PT is welcoming! Engaging, Supportive, and Thorough. I always walk out feeling better than I walked in. The TENS therapy has been game changing.
It’s clear that this office values professionalism, teamwork, and a positive patient experience. I would recommend any and everyone to come here.

Everyone here is incredibly kind and welcoming. Molly at the front desk was amazing—any time I needed to switch an appointment, she helped me quickly, efficiently, and with a very positive attitude. Jessica Caspar, the primary doctor I worked with, was wonderful. She was not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring and real, which is something you don’t always find in healthcare. Every question I had was answered clearly, and I always felt respected. The physical therapy staff were fantastic as well. They made each session enjoyable, always had great conversation, and created an environment where i didn’t feel uncomfortable. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. If you’re dealing with an injury or any physical issues, you should definitely come to this place. Also, when you first come with the directions, it will say it’s in the front but it’s really in the back

I can honestly say that I almost canceled this appointment. I've been having knee pain for over 2 years and was giving meds and sent on my way by other doctors. I have been constantly dealing with this pain and had mentally given up hope on getting help. I went to Atlanta innovative medicine and was given hope. From the time I walked in the door I was treated like I mattered. Molly, I believe is her name, she is at the front desk. She is such a sweet heart. The young man who did my exray was so kind and professional. But the icing on the cake was RN Jessica, she may be tiny but she has a big heart. She's very professional and thorough but kind as well. She actively listens to understand the whole story. Her bedside manner is immpeccable! I have other issues and have seen a lot of medical professionals but none come close to her. You never know what a person is dealing with and a simple act of kindness goes a long way. I left there feeling like I was heard and seen. I am so glad that I went because now I feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel. It takes more than a degree to treat patients, it take kindness, empathy and a love for not only the profession but also a love for people and a love for taking care and listening to your patients and she hit the check mark on all the above. All in all I am so happy that I decided not to cancel. This place is definitely amazing and I would recommend them in a heart beat. ❤️

I attended Atlanta Innovative Medicine at the end of 2024-2025 of March for issues with my neck and lower back. I'm able to have more of a "normal" life now. I can actually do about an hour straight of household chores, my hair, and other needed tasks without pain. I have also been able to slowly start a weekly exercise routine. I need to pause to thank the medical care team and staff because they are just awesome kind people. They all helped greatly improve my health. My healing journey isn't over, so to maintain my recovery, I was also given at home stretches and exercises to incorporate throughout the week. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Atlanta Innovative Medicine.
