Update: after 2 months using Icebox for recovery during intense half marathon training I just finished my fasted race time ever at 48 and placing 2nd place for my age group 44-49. At 48 and after running for 15 years, the help of using cryo as part of my training showed tremendous results that certainly helped me succeed. This is a must for pushing your body to its limits and giving yourself the best possible outcomes with health and performance. Original review after first joining Ice Box therapy spa. Let me start by saying I was skeptical of this new approach to therapy. Also, I hate cold! Cold showers, cold plunge, cold weather, I am a wimp:). Believe me when I say, “if I can do it, you can do it”. I am a runner and constantly sore at my age. This has helped me recover faster and feels amazing afterwards. Sleep is improved and inflammation greatly improved. I was surprised how affordable this is and how quick the process takes. You are in and out quickly and back to your busy day but feeling amazing. Boosts my mood and energy throughout the rest of my day. Packages are absolutely reasonable. Value of services cannot be overstated. The owner, Ginny Drazba, is usually there and very personable and professional business owner. Her staff is equally knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend people to try this out. It is a fun experience and well worth your time and investment to improve your health. I found out about this through two people at my church. I came for my complimentary freeze and squeeze due to the canceled Alien Run in Roswell. I loved it and plan to come back after my next race. Jenson was a great communicator when explaining the process, respectful of my time, and not pushy with getting me to sign up for a plan. This makes me want to come back soon! Highly recommend!

Icebox exceeded my expectations! I’ve always resisted ice baths but have dealt with inflammation and pain from car wrecks and finally worked up the nerve to try cryotherapy. I did the “freeze and squeeze” and I felt so good all day after that and my skin looked amazing! I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend them! Jenny, Jensen, and the other front desk staff member (sorry I didn’t get your name!) were all so nice and welcoming. I was a bit nervous about the cold but it’s so worth it!
