I met Dr. Lile a few months ago while visiting Miami, and I found her to be incredibly empathetic, extremely knowledgeable, and surrounded by a top-tier team. Lile and Kate Pollock have been extraordinarily helpful at assisting me in taking charge of my health, designing a custom supplement plan and helping get the most out of medication. This seemed to leverage Dr. Lile's strong and unusual experience-based intuitive understanding of my personal needs. I hope this honest review helps someone make an informed decision and avoid the frustration, harm, and wasted time I experienced at Lile Wellness. I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism in a medical setting. My concerns with the practice ranged from HIPAA violations to disorganized and inconsistent communication, frequent appointment delays, rushed visits, lack of in-person patient interactions, and pharmacy errors. Beyond the logistical problems, the clinical care was troubling. I experienced medical gaslighting and was subjected to experimental treatments that ultimately did more harm than good yet those concerns were dismissed. Rather than considering alternative explanations for a patient’s lack of improvement or worsening of symptoms, the default response seemed to be blame—falsely accusing me of not following the prescribed protocol or taking supplements as directed. When I took the initiative to advocate for myself, push for deeper investigation, suggesting an outside the box approach; my concerns were met with dismissal, condescension, and even ridicule. Dr. Lile’s bedside manner was, at best, indifferent and, at worst, outright unprofessional. Besides the medical gaslighting, the most frustrating part of this experience was the false sense of confidence instilled at the beginning—assurances that were never followed through. After switching to a different practice, I received a proper diagnosis within three months and have seen significant improvements with a well-structured, comprehensive treatment plan. Dr. Lile’s unprofessional behavior and patronizing tone was not only harmful as it eroded my trust in medical professionals, but it also amounted to negligence- ultimately delaying an accurate diagnosis and the appropriate treatment I needed. I do not take leaving reviews lightly. I strongly urge anyone considering Lile Wellness to proceed with caution- especially those with complex or chronic issues- and seek a provider who listens and treats patients with compassion and respect. This practice does not uphold the standards of professionalism, expertise, or patient care that is promised. Their approach relies heavily on selling supplements and peptides rather than identifying root causes. When their methods fail, the situation is outside their scope, or they don’t have the time to devote to a complicated case, they place the blame on the patient rather than reassessing their approach. Please continue your research before entrusting your health to this practice.
