I came to Regenhaus medical because I have been living with chronic back, neck, and knee pain for several years. My full body MRI showed considerable degeneration in all sections of my neck and spine. I was unable to jog, which I love to do, sleep soundly, turn my head without pain or waking up sore and stiff. The nerve compression in my neck created numbness and pain through my shoulders and arms. I had given up the hope of being able to go for a run- as a lifelong runner, this was very hard. It was hard for me to bend over, pick up and carry anything with weight without feeling some kind of pain. Walking up stairs created twinges of pain. I was cautiously optimistic because I had read how people who received stem cell injections felt such amazing improvement in pain and mobility. I did not know what to expect. Regenhaus staff were all very friendly, welcoming and informed. They explained the process and what would happen. It is so simple. They gave me two IV rounds of exosomes after which I felt immediate improvement. Then I had two shots in my lower back of stem cells and next two shots in my neck. The pain was minimal and the shots took about 30 seconds. There was a little soreness the next two days but nothing worse than a vaccine. And then after that I felt immediate relief from pain, improvement in joint mobility and freedom of movement. They request that you rest for 24 hours before exercising which I did. I was able to exercise as normal after that and felt 150% better. The process has been so easy and simple and fast. As the weeks have progressed, I feel even more relief, and better mobility. I can lift weights without sharp pain and intense soreness and stiffness, and I went for a run at a pace that I haven't run in years. I am so happy to know now I can do something I have loved to do my entire life, but had to give up and not know if I could ever return to it. If I could give Regenhaus 10 stars I would. I am a pragmatic realistic person, so I did not have unrealistic expectations. My experience so far has greatly exceeded my expectations. I am returning to complete a round of knee injections and more in my neck and back and I am so excited for the future. It's so worth investing in for overall health wellbeing and happiness.

In June of 2025, after having had a long running case of plantar fasciitis, I began experiencing a terrible burning sensation in both of my feet, which would run up my shin bones. The pain from this was causing me to lose sleep, and it made it very difficult for me to perform my job duties. This condition resulted in three trips to the emergency room, multiple visits to a podiatrist, and a neurologist. The end result was that I was taking prescription medications three times a day for a while, and still not feeling like myself. In July, I found Regenhaus online, and was impressed with their combined therapies for my situation. The red light therapy and water based treatments helped bring relief rather quickly, and, although I was nervous about receiving the stem cell treatments, I have now had three with no side effects whatsoever. As of February 2026, I have reduced my gabapentin medication by half, and have resumed all of my normal activities. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here, and that includes the helpful and understanding staff. I followed their instructions very carefully, and am glad I found them. My father has had both a knee and hip replacement on his right side. Before seeking treatment, he initially could walk on his own, but his condition worsened over time.
