Did not do a good job verifying my insurance. Front desk said I was all cleared. They started to do my cleaning and half way through they said insurance was not covered so they told me “ we charge $599 to finish “ I said I cannot. They took my off the chair without finishing the work and still charged me $300!. Very unprofessional, doctor had heavy hands and hurt my mouth. They should made sure everything was cleared before even starting!

I had some challenges with my experience at this office that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, there were significant communication issues regarding insurance verification and record management that created unnecessary confusion and delays. The front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with standard insurance procedures, particularly regarding different types of dental cleanings and coverage policies. There appeared to be some misunderstanding about routine dental procedures versus specialized treatments, which led to questions about why certain services were performed. When I attempted to clarify standard dental practices and insurance protocols, the communication barriers persisted. While I'm sure the clinical staff may be capable, the administrative experience was frustrating enough that I've decided to seek care elsewhere. For a dental practice to run smoothly, clear communication and insurance knowledge at the front desk are essential. I hope the office will consider additional training for their administrative team to better serve future patients.

I’m very fond of Dr. Gail. She demonstrates genuine compassion and kindness throughout the treatment process. Her dedication to providing quality dental care is clear, and she’s always encouraging when I follow her instructions. I received my periodontal treatment from her, and the aftercare has been excellent. The front desk staff are also professional, offering outstanding customer service and following up with care and concern.
