I had a frustrating experience with Nina Ross holistic services in Atlanta. I paid $3,200 upfront for a plan addressing menopausal hair loss. While they provided vitamins, none of her suggestions worked for me. The vitamins were out of stock initially, and I had to chase them myself. When Nina fell ill and her lead, Sunshine, quit, I felt forgotten. Despite their full staff, no one followed up or checked in. Scheduling appointments was tough—I was told to rush from Chattanooga to Atlanta, only to get no prescriptions or results. The staff was always nice, but I did see anything different and my hair started back coming out.Ultimately, I stopped going, and no one reached out. While Nina is kind and the establishment looks nice, the follow-through on my plan was absent. I cannot recommend this service after that experience.

It worked! I had been all over Atlanta trying to fix my hair and nothing helped but after starting my program here I didn’t even realize how much was changing until one day my husband pointed out how full the back of my head was looking and when I checked the mirror I could see the new growth clear as day. Praise his name!! The program is VERY detailed they give you blood tests and vitamin shots but they also have regualr vitamins and herbs. It was a journey but I am very grateful that it worked. Would recommend Nina Ross for sure.

I had an appointment scheduled on a Friday afternoon about three weeks ago, and thank goodness I took notes. I emailed the office afterward, but to this day, no one has followed up with me—even though I made it clear that I was ready to begin treatment. The woman I spoke with assured me she would send a detailed email outlining all the information we discussed, including pricing, but I never received anything. For a place with such great reviews, their lack of follow-up and communication with new patients is disappointing. Even a simple phone call would have been appreciated.

Yesterday I felt so empowered after speaking with Dr. Sunni Calendar. I was very scared and nervous but after discussing options and more, I felt good about my decision to come and try a new way of healing and getting the results for my health and hair. The staff was so pleasant and caring plus they greet you with smiles and a good spirit! The office is a beautiful peaceful place that makes you comfortable as soon as you walk in! You get snacks while waiting which is even better to help calm your nerves like how I was in the beginning walking into the office. I'm looking forward to joining the program and knowing they took the time to do a real actual consultation shows me a lot about them. They actually want to help you and not just push medication off on you like primary care doctors do. They don't just do traditional lab work on you, they do extensive and beyond bloodwork that will go deeper than just what a regular physician would perform and with that being said, these labs get to the actual root of the problem not just guessing and telling what a CBC Count is and then give you a prescription that makes you sicker. None of that! Nothing beats a failure but a try", so why not try this method from Dr. Ross? I have tried everything else so Im not going be afraid to try this! I want to feel better overall and just about my hair...my body, my insides, my mental. I'm going to go forward and I will definitely keep everyone updated! And YES I am a real person here in Atlanta, GA. Im not AI...Just keeping it real!
