We recently used The Key to help my Mother come visit our family from Out of town. It was an unusual request for short term assistance. Susan and Henry along with the caregivers were absolutely fantastic! They worked hard to understand my Mother’s unique needs and were extremely flexible and accommodating. The Caregivers were professional and a wonderful representation of our community. Thank you for helping my Mom’s visit safe and enjoyable!

TheKey has been a wonderful help with dealing with my mom who has dimentia. Susan Levy with the TheKey has been extremely responsive. They are able to provide wonderful caregivers with very little notice. Every caregiver that has come to help mom has been really good. They are very sweet, attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend TheKey, Susan Levy and their caregivers.
