I had an absolutely five-star experience at Try & True Hair Restoration! From the moment I walked in, the place was spotless, welcoming, and even had little touches like Fiji water and healthy snacks in the waiting area. Check-in was super quick, and everything felt clean and calm, like a spa but still professional. Nurse Carolyn was amazing. She explained every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable. Honestly, she prepared me in case I felt any pain, but the whole thing was virtually painless—maybe a little pressure, but that’s it. After the numbing, I felt nothing. She even walked me through the aftercare steps and gave me great tips, like adding Minoxidil if I wanted to. Overall, I’m super happy and already booked two more appointments. If you’re thinking about it, definitely go for it, especially with their current promo. It’s totally worth it!

I had a great PRP experience here. Carolyn was incredibly friendly, efficient, and so helpful with scheduling. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The spa itself was very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend :)

Carolyn always provides exceptional service. I’m extremely happy with my results. I’ve suffered with alopecia for years and after only 3 months of PRP treatment, I’ve seen more fuller hair growth in areas that haven’t had any hair growth or responded to Minoxidil treatment for over a year. I will continue PRP to see how well my hair responds. 10/10 I highly recommend.
