I have been a patient at this practice since last year, but recent changes in staff have drastically undermined the quality of care I once relied on. After two doctors left no one replaced them for months and I was left to wait on proper documentation to turn in to dol. I wait patiently through them trying to staff a doctor was left in the dark with unanswered questions about my treatment. Recently December 8, 2025 I was denied care because of my naturally low heart rate PA claims due to this I cannot be manipulated by the chiropractor. Despite me telling her I have had low pressure and low heart rate for years without any issues. It was never a problem before she states get clearance from your primary excuse me. So not only did I waste my time coming here you just wasted another hour of my time waiting to see you for nothing. Also I never got her name she just walks in and starts talking. As a long time patient I felt dismissed and devalued . Very disappointed as a doctor/np/pa you take an oath to care for patients and in my option this facility has failed to uphold it. “Provide non judgmental compassionate care” which did not happen.

The entire Chi Med crew is awesome!! We have been struggling with DOL paperwork and approval for years and they got my wife approved very fast. My wife just retired from the USPS and she has injuries from 23 years as a letter carrier. The staff treats her so well and she's finally getting the care that she needs. I would highly recommend Chi Med.
