Mikyah helped me late postpartum after having a hard time gaining weight. She gave me ideas I would have never thought of and helped me to view food differently. With her guidance I was able to gain and maintain weight all while still breastfeeding. She never had me completely change my current diet but had me enter certain foods that would sustain me better. Those who can relate know the comments “you need a burger, or just eat more”. Though doing so never actually helped. She knew my terrible “American diet” and I never once felt any judgement and felt very safe and welcomed in her presence. Her ability to relate to each patient and implement her wisdom into us is what saved me. Her knowledge of nutrition, safe swaps, dollar saving, and making fast and easy meals is something I will carry with me forever. Thank you Mikyah for your wise and insightful guidance and your openness and flexibility.

Mikyah has the patience of a saint. I've bombarded her with a ton of questions and conflicting health issues and she very professionally replied to all my emails and answered all my questions during our first session. I look forward to following up on all her suggestions. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and generous with her time. I highly recommend her.
