I have worked with Karmen for over 5 years now, and she has been hands down, the most impactful of all my providers. Karmen was the first person to introduce me to the concept of intuitive eating. She embodies the health at every size approach in her practice, treating all persons with compassion and evidence-based care. She listens and truly cares for each one of her patients. Whether I’m seeing her to fine-tune my supplement regime, trouble-shooting nutritional deficiencies, or just to check-in on my overall care, I always look forward to seeing her. She GETS the complexities of navigating women’s hormones, both as a clinician and in her own lived experience. She’s also excellent at helping patients struggling with chronic illnesses and difficult relationships with food and eating. It's hard to put into words just how amazing Karmen is, and how grateful I am to have found her. I recommend her to friends and other practitioners EVERY chance I get- there is no one in my care team I trust more than Karmen. Not only is she an A+ provider, she is also one of the kindest, most genuine people out there- a rare gem in the health care industry.

I can't say enough nice things about Karmen. She somehow perfectly balances being the consummate professional while also being authentic and warm. She is as sharp as a tack and if she doesn't know something, it's only a matter of time before she does the research to figure it out. She left no stone unturned when it came to figuring out not just how to get me feeling better, but how I should be optimizing my health on a daily basis. She's approachable, knowledgable, and what I think most women are looking for in a provider and often never find. If you need help feeling like yourself again and getting your hormones figured out, run, don't walk. Karmen is worth your time and then some.
