Dr. Powell is a person that I know my son and I will both look back on as someone who had a huge impact on each of our lives. After receiving treatments for ADD, my son is a whole new kid. His quality of life has increased in a way I never knew was possible! I myself have been searching for solutions to my neck pain for 13 years and until visiting Infinity Wellness, have never found anything that helped for more than a couple hours. I'm finally feeling more like my normal self! Some clinics run you through so quickly that they don't even recognize you when you come in and you leave feeling more confused than when you went in. Dr. Powell would say hi and call us by name if he saw us in the grocery store. He always thoroughly answers all of my questions and makes my son (and myself!) feel welcome and comfortable, which is extremely important when dealing with sensitive issues. After meeting him just a few months ago, I look at Dr. Powell as not only the best wellness provider we've ever had, but also a mentor and a friend.

I highly recommend Dr. Powell. He is a kind, caring, and knowledgeable professional. I have extremely bad back and neck issues. I've done chiropractic, massage, and even neck and back injections for this pain, but it had become life altering enough that I was desperate to find some relief. When I first started seeing Dr. Powell a couple of weeks ago, I had continual electrical current that went down my left arm and into my hand. It is now only happening from time to time, but it is no longer constant. He is also helping my low back and neck with stretches, physical therapy, and acupuncture. If the idea of needles is stopping you from making an appointment, no problem, he also does non-needle acupuncture as well. So happy that I made the call to Infinity Wellness Center. Pick up the phone today, you will not be sorry! 🙌 🤗 👍

In response to your reply on my husband’s review- My husband could not call a day before hand because it was SUNDAY, and he started not feeling good LATE MONDAY MORNING. As soon as he started having symptoms, both he and I immediately attempted to reach your office (around 11am), but did not receive a phone call back until 30 minutes after his scheduled appointment (1:30pm). My husband has a crippling illness from the war. How can my husband make it in if he is in such a state ? He cannot control what happens to his body. Do you treat all of your clients or new patients who have a same day cancellation the same way you treated us? Also no, you outright refused service. You did not even offer a chance of rescheduling when he called you, let alone when I finally spoke with you. Your policy states that cancellation fees are $85 if an appointment is cancelled the same day, and that although you prefer 24 hours in advance, you are willing to work with people who have last minute/same day cancellations as things happen. We were willing to pay this and reschedule had we been given this option. The fact that you went off on me after I was respectful towards you from the start was unprofessional, and that you are not able to work with someone who is sick just shows the lack of understanding you have. I’ll be sure to spread the word on how we were treated.
