Restore and More

I've been coming here for several months, mainly to get IM injections of some vitamins that I have a hard time absorbing through pills. I've also done one of their IV drips with different vitamins and felt it really helped me get over sickness faster and gave me more energy. I recently tried their two different saunas and love how I feel after-very relaxing especially on the cold days-and they have explained to me that there are a ton of benefits of the salt water and light therapy that they use in both of them. Owners Ella Jo and Bobby are so friendly and have given me a ton of info on different vitamins and supplements and are so helpful with any questions you might have on their services and natural medicine in general. Our family LOVES Restore & More! Bobby & EllaJo are the sweetest couple serving the community with their gifts in an amazing way. We started taking our 5 year old daughter to Restore & More for salt therapy (the Halo Sauna) this winter. She has a mild case of asthma, and we did not want to put her on any drugs. For the past couple years, she has had a barking cough that is activated more in the winter & it just lingers all winter. It doesn't bother her, but it sounds horrible. She also could never play outside in the cold or play actively without coughing. She has not coughed ONCE since starting salt therapy, and she has played outside in the snow with her sisters for HOURS without coughing as well. It is a night and day difference. While I know we do other holistic health things at home, we will forever be faithful to salt therapy for her. A couple of us in the family have also sat in the Halo sauna for a few minutes each week, and we have also noticed none of us have gotten sick with all the viruses going around. Just a quick Google search will tell you all the health benefits of breathing in the hot salt air. We were skeptical at first because you don't feel much different while in the Halo room and the salt in the air is so mild that you almost don't notice it, but it works WONDERS, and our family has seen a HUGE difference. Thank you, EllaJo & Bobby, for providing such an amazing service to Freeport. We recommend everyone do salt therapy for preventing illness & helping with asthma, especially in these cold winter months.
