TruStem Cell Therapy

100% recommend! My husband had a catastrophic stroke in May 2025, hemorrhaging into the majority of the left hemisphere of his brain. He had a 7mm midline shift and massive brain swelling we were told would likely take a year to completely correct. Before his stroke he had a very physical job and needed his shoulder replaced. A labrum tear coupled with end stage osteoarthritis, he was in daily pain. The stroke increased the pain and limited the movement in that arm. We flew to Illinois for stem cell treatment with TruStem in October 2025. Within four days of treatment, he felt more mental clarity which continues till today (February 2026)! He is nonverbal from the stroke but is able to recall and write words faster now. Since coming home, he has more mental focus and improved balance. He had an EEG in December and we found both the midline shift and brain swelling are completely gone! By January the shoulder pain was gone and he has full range of motion in his right shoulder! Besides the miracle stem cell treatment has worked in his life, TruStem itself is the only place I would recommend. The competent medical staff, the type of procedure, and their support team cannot be beat. They are responsive before, during, and far after the treatment is complete. Learning they specialize in neurological issues, they were the only choice for us.

This is a post six month review of my results from stem cell injections at TruStem. Most reviews I have found on stem cell providers have been limited to their experience receiving the treatment, but rarely include results. I wanted to share my results after 6 months. The treatment experience at TruStem was excellent before, during and after treatment. Joe was exceptionally responsive at every point and consistently followed up for months after treatment. I could not expect more from the experience. A number of the patients were repeat clients, which also says a great deal about satisfaction. The most important part are the results. I have CIDP (starting in 2010) and function fairly well despite a severe drop foot on the left and a right hand that became so dysfunctional I could no longer fill the tip and total on a restaurant check. All four limbs are impacted, but my right arm and left leg are much worse. I can still run slowly when wear a soft orthotic to hold up left foot. My EMG results have indicated that I should not be able to run and doctors are baffled that I still can. Two weeks after treatment, I began experiencing daily improvements. Each morning, I would get up and feel a little better. After six weeks, I realized that the treatment was really having an impact and I wanted to create some measurable results. I created two tests: A walk the equivalent of a long city block and a handwriting test. Both demonstrated meaningful improvement. I am back to at least being able to fill out a restaurant check and can even take legible notes six months after treatment. My walking on my designed route improved from 3:37 to 2:14 even though the measure misses the first six weeks of improvement. On the last test, I was also able to also jog the same distance without the orthotic in 1:45. I haven’t done that in years. My drop foot is demonstrably I certainly experienced meaningful improvements from TruStem’s treatment. This compares to IVIG that produced no improvement. I highly recommend TruStem and encourage those in need of it to try Stem Cell Therapy. It is the most effective treatment I have experience for my peripheral nerve damage. After six months, I seem to be improving still, but at a much slower rate.

This treatment has been a blessing to my family and I. I am in a power wheelchair I have Primary progressive multiple sclerosis, and a traumatic brain injury its only been a week and I see massive improvements, my balance is way better I can stand and walk several feet when I have energy too,my paresthesia at night I'd say is about 80% gone, no more tingling in my right arm that was immediately after the infusion on day 3 I went to scratch my thigh and i was like holy crap I haven't felt that in years,day 6 I started to get spurts of energy, the last few days I have the energy too cook good meals I made French toast in the morning and whole wheat and lean meat spaghetti for dinner in one day, I was never able to have energy to do that before needless too say the hope this treatment has given my family and I words can't express this has been a major blessing, everyone who is involved with trustem cell therapy i will say this I believe in karma and I think each and everyone of the staff should have great karma thank you all. This has too make all u sleep good at night for all the hope you give people that have lost hope.
