About this clinic
Kentuckiana Ketamine Institute, a ketamine-therapy clinic in Louisville, offers ketamine infusion for treatment-resistant depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, migraine, and complex regional pain syndrome. The practice combines ketamine protocols with regenerative modalities including platelet-rich plasma therapy, prolotherapy, and prolozone injections for musculoskeletal and neuropathic conditions. Complementary offerings include NAD+ infusions, hormone replacement therapy, and chelation therapy, positioned within an integrative-medicine framework. Treatment plans are individualized following an initial evaluation, with ketamine administered as part of a structured clinical protocol rather than as a standalone intervention.
My son experienced Ketamine treatments for his bipolar disease including depression and anxiety. The entire experienced was wonderful. Dr Cruz was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Plus the staff was attentive professional and enjoyable. The entire benefit and experience was amazing. Thank you for all you do

I had a horrible experience at this place. I dreaded every single appointment. The staff are poorly trained and under qualified. I never want to come back to this place again. My dog gets treated better at the Vet.!
