Dr. Pobst is absolutely amazing! I would 1000% recommend him to anyone who has sports injuries or just nagging aches and pains that won’t completely go away. He takes his time to really listen and figure out exactly what’s going on. He asks lots of really good questions so that he can pinpoint exactly what the issue is and thoroughly explains how he recommends treating it. He offers (and demonstrates) lots of great suggestions for stretches and exercises to strengthen the area of concern. He’s professional, very personable and easy to talk to, and I never feel like he’s rushing through just to get to his patient. He’s the best!

Dr. Pobst is unparalleled. Chiropractor and physical therapist with endless curiosity and knowledge, he always has multiple ideas about how to address concerns. He thinks creatively, checks in constantly to make sure you’re comfortable, shares ideas for possible functional approaches to move better.. I haven’t needed any other specialists on my journey of staying strong through the process of becoming a mother a second time. On top of all his knowledge and experience, Dr Pobst is incredibly kind, patient, funny, interesting and puts anyone at ease. Thank goodness this guy is in Louisville!
