I called this office once in 2022 to inquire about their services, but never booked an appointment because I had a weird feeling about how persistent the person I talked to was about getting me into the office. It is now August of 2024 and this office still calls me regularly asking me to schedule an appointment. I asked them to stop calling me over a year ago but they still do, so I blocked their number. They are still calling and leaving messages though! Truly insane for a healthcare provider to be this desperate for business. Leave people alone.

When searching for the right place for my son to go, I called Ketamine of Louisville to get information. I received between 8-12 calls afterwards to start treatment, wanting my credit card to get "scheduled" . To say it was over the top pushy is an understatement. After meeting Dr Stuart himself, it felt like the right choice to pick Ketamine of Louisville over the other places that my son checked out. Dr. Stuart is a very nice man, I have nothing negative to say about him. My son works 3rd shift and I asked SPECIFICALLY the first visit if they could work with him on his scheduling since they book ALL of them in advance, I was told they would work with him. THEY DIDN"T, they just scheduled what they wanted and set them up - ALL 5 treatments in advance since he had the first one the day he was there for the consult. on the 6th and Final appointment, my son was forced overtime and overslept. They did send a REMINDER text about the appointment to MY PHONE, NOT HIS!! When he called to apologize and reschedule, they told him there is a strict policy and since he "no showed", he would have to pay an additional 500.00 that we already paid to get back in for the final treatment. Then I was told it was because the nurses are paid to be there and I am sure that is true, BUT there are OTHER PEOPLE there not just him getting treatment. The nurses were not there for just him!!!!!! Then I called the lady that blew my phone up for weeks to get us to come there and after arguing with her, she said we would work something out and call me back. I never heard from her again. Seems they only care when they are getting your money.
