Rosie was incredibly attentive to me during our appointment. She listened intently and asked thoughtful questions, making me feel highly engaged in the conversation. I particularly loved her warm personality and dedication to her job. What meant so much to me was that she had researched my records beforehand to ensure she had all the information she needed, which made me feel at ease to talk about difficult things. Overall, Rosie's professionalism and caring demeanor made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our meeting. Can not wait to work with her more.

I’ve been a patient here since 2016. My provider switched a few months ago, and so far it has been a great experience. I write this to recommend Rosie!! I’m in the field myself, so it is difficult for me to trust doctors when I know they are slipping up. With Rosie, I have no complaints. She is professional, highly intelligent, and empathetic. If I could give her 6 stars I would!

Highly recommended practice! Office staff are kind and patient and are very helpful. Great response times and attitude. Office atmosphere is open and calm, set in an old mill building. Dr. Winfield is a compassionate doctor who has an unbelievably calm presence about him. You never feel nervous going into an appt at this office. Highly recommended practice! Do not hesitate to ask for help, and if you need to, give this place a call. Mental health can and should be first priority.

I have been going to Greater Lowell Psychiatric Assoc. for many years now. I have an awesome psychiatrist. Her name is Rosie. She is very kind, caring person. She listens with a caring attitude and will help you in anyway possible. The front desk staff is great.

Update as of 12/92024 We requested medical records on November 20th. We had to call December 2nd to find out when they would be ready. They mailed them! And when we got them (had to be home to sign) they only sent July 2024 through November 2024. Not from 2018 to current. Called and left several messages for Crystal the office manager with no return call. Called today and said we would be coming down to the office. And low and behold Crystal Called back. As an office manager she is extremely rude. She didn't understand why we wanted the records and I had to remind her they threw me out of the practice and they needed to provide my complete medical history. Update as of 11/20/2024 My husband Jamoe Douglas has been going to Greater Lowell Psychiatric Associates, LLC in the Mill building for over 6 years now. During this time he has had the same councilor but has had 3 different psychiatrist. This last one was there for like 6 months and left. The owner Dr. Winfield basically decided to drop all the patients seeing the recent dr who left. He dropped patients that are prescribed control substances for adhd, depression, bi-polar, anxiety, PTSD. They could have cared less. They only filled his medicine for 3 months. Then today he goes on a phone call for his councilor at the same place. Remember he has been seeing her for 6 years. And she tells him she can no longer see him due to a conflict of interest. She said she has been meaning to talk to him. But she can't tell him why she says due to HIPPA. We know what HIPPA is. and to use it as an excuse not to tell my husband the truth is disgusting Needless to say he is in full blown panic attack. thank you for setting him back years your business and Dr Winfield are so unethical. all you care about is TMS NOW. You will be reported to all state and medical associations that I can report you to. My husband has been going here for about 6 years or more. He has seen 3 different psychiatrist in this time. The last one last just months and when she left the remaining doctor who owns the practice has left the patient high and dry. My husband is prescribed controlled substances and they don't care. They have no plans to add another dr to take over these patients and Dr Winfield gas no plans to accept responsibility for these patients either. These patients come here for help and when they find it and dropped like hot coal it is a slow to their progress. And to expect an out psychiatrist to just pickup where another dr left off is crazy. So disappointed in how they have handled this. And I feel sorry for all the patients that they kicked to the curb. Think twice about going here for any care. Unless your a TMS patient (their money maker now) they actually don't care about you.
