P not sure if my experience was a case of officiousness on the part of the attendant or the center's lack of understanding of their own written procedures. The document about driving I signed only specified how I left the center, and that I wouldn't drive home. Nowhere did it say how I could arrive at the center. So to save on half of the Uber costs I drove there, assuming I would pick it up the next day. The first time I went, my drive did not answer their text so I took a Uber. The second time I drove as well, and was told, "I don't trust you not to drive home." The funny thing is, this is right after I admitted to walking back to the clinic the next day to pick up my car. So obviously I wasn't driving and could be trusted not to drive. I even volunteered my receipt for the Uber. Then it was said that I would have to reschedule, whereupon I said forget it I'm done.

The Infinity Treatment Center was a very supportive environment for my ketamine treatment. Ashley in particular was absolutely superb. She knew the program very well and was very kind and efficient. I had a couple of rough spots and she handled each one with an incredible amount of compassion and personal care. I’m hoping that one day, she will become a certified professional. I would recommend the center, especially Ashley for patients suffering from depression. She was wonderful to me.

I've had ten treatments so far at Infinity and I have to say that the experience has been life changing. The treatment center is cozy, comfortable and the staff is amazing. Ashley and Larissa go the extra mile to ensure that patients have a safe and enjoyable treatment. The rooms are all nice and the chairs are comfortable. It's all positive vibes here and I truly recommend Infinity to anyone seeking to combat TRD.
