I hadn't been here in 7 years due to being out of state, but was welcomed (even remembered !) like I had never left - by the same pleasant staff, and of course, Dr. Algendy, who is just wonderful. As someone who has struggled with multiple pain related conditions, the care, respect, understanding, and lack of judgement I've always been treated with at this facility is more appreciated than can be described - those who get this REALLY get this. Dr. Algendy is patient, kind, actually listens to what you're saying, and offers options other than just throwing painkillers at problems that needs real treatments. Highly recommended for anyone who is hurting, or needs ongoing pain management!

Excellent doctor. I’ve been dealing with low back pain for many years. This is the first doctor that really took the time to listen to my story. Extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what he thinks and potential treatments. The office staff is also very friendly and easy to deal with. When you call, someone always answers the phone. This is certainly another positive. Much different than other offices where you always have to leave a message and then typically receive a callback days later. 09/03/24 update: It has been a few years since my initial review of this doctors office. I have to say again that I have never experienced a medical care provider like this one. I have been dealing with back pain for many years. Recently, my back went into a bad spasm unexpectedly. I called the office. And as usual, the phone was immediately picked up. No phone tree buttons to press or answering service. I spoke to Lindsay. She is always very patient (not rushed like the typical office) and helpful. But what you will notice most about this practice is that you truly feel cared about. The entire staff here reflects that same attitude. Dr. Algendy is the same. Extremely knowledgeable. Always cares and listens. You always feel that that you are important to them.
