I receive stellar treatment from Annapolis Pain Management team from the time I enter the office through the exit process. I am greeted with friendly smiles, a front desk team that is so eager to assist in anyway they can. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, professional, accommodating and patient, both on the phone and in person. The Medical team is awesome! They keenly listen to your concerns and act accordingly. They are compassionate and offer sound suggestions and solutions to help you feel better as quickly as possible. Like the front desk team, they too are knowledgeable, helpful, professional, accommodating and patient. The Chiropractic team is FANTASTIC! I got the best results working with this team! Their reception/sign-in team is so friendly, kind and compassionate. I’ve tried laser, shockwave, decompression and chiropractic treatments. My back is better now than it has been in many years. The Chiropractors are AWESOME and extremely accommodating!! They NEVER gave up on me. I now go for maintenance once a week. Annapolis Pain Management, as a whole, is superb!!! I look forward to treatment every week! When I started my journey with them, I could barely walk, stand up straight, stand for more than 5 minutes now I have pep in my step! I can stand for long periods of time, walk much further and as pain-free as my chronic pain can be. I’ve tried other pain management practices and only received a small fraction as I have with this APM. I endorse them wholeheartedly 100%!!! It takes a Village and this has been my solution! APM Team works together like the National Symphony… Perfection at its best!! Thank you a million times over for taking such GREAT care of me!!!!! I’m here to stay!!!

Dr. Jess and Dr. Matt are some of the coolest and down-to-earth doctors you'll ever meet! I have gone to other chiropractors before but from my experience the staff at Annapolis Pain Management actually listen to your concerns, problems, ailments and address them accordingly. They are cautious and definitely can and will speak to you in plain English to ensure you thoroughly understand exactly what they are or plan on doing. I make the 45-minute trip through crawling traffic to go to them because I am that confident in their ability and expertise to help me get moving again as if I was my younger self. I could not recommend them enough and I'm speaking from experience when I say, not all practices are the same and thoroughly examine you prior to adjusting or creating a plan for your short/long term goals. Most recently, I have made a mistake in assuming all practices are the same and I have paid the price (both monetarily and physically) for being adjusted incorrectly. I went to Annapolis Pain Management last about 1.5 years ago and have been more or less pain free since by utilizing the advice and tools given to me to stay loose and pain free. I am now back again as the previous practice I mentioned incorrectly adjusted me which just amplified the pain I was having. That previous practice took my word at face value and got right to work, now I'm no doctor so I do not know what I need I can only point to the places where I find discomfort/pain but because of that they started adjusting me willy nilly. While it felt decent at the time I started to have increased sciatic nerve pain over the next few days after that adjustment to the point where I could not sit, drive, stand for long periods. Annapolis Pain staff definitely address your needs to hopefully ensure you only have to go back to them as a cause of living your everyday life and not because of something they performed on you that would create a separate issue or amplify your current issue. I am a firm believer of avoiding drugs or surgery when it comes to treatment unless absolutely necessary so 10/10 would recommend and they do accept most major insurance. Cheers!

My recent experience at Annapolis Pain Management was outstanding. The team provided excellent service marked by professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. I had not been there in many years, yet on my first visit back the staff who had treated me before remembered me, greeted me by name, and welcomed me back, which was incredibly impressive.
