They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire visit feel personalized. You can tell they genuinely care about getting real outcomes. I had an amazing experience at RedGen Annapolis! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff. The place is super clean and has a calming vibe that instantly made me feel comfortable. After my treatment, I felt refreshed, energized, and ready to take on the rest of my day. I even hit the gym right after and noticed a huge difference—I felt stronger and managed to get more reps in than usual. Thank you So much REDGEN for softening my wrinkles and decreasing the pain in my arthritic thumbs! I’d been hearing a lot about red light therapy from friends and enjoy reading about new developments for improving skin, wrinkles, wellness and relief from pain. Then I found RedGen in Annapolis and I was their first client! I was very impressed with Dr. Bartlett’s knowledge of physiology, anatomy and the physics behind how red light works. His son Tom, who is an R.N., also expertly provides these services! And Noah who man’s the front desk is awesome and is also POD certified. What an amazing, fun and welcoming team of experts! I have been driving 3x week for 2 weeks from Easton to Annapolis for their skin treatment and I see a difference in the luminosity of my skin and my smile lines softening! Dr. Bartlett evaluated me for pain and inflammation, and used the small localized red light for severe arthritis in my thumbs, which is working! My inflammation is way down and I’m in less pain! Then I go into the POD which is such a relaxing and marvelous experience with spa music in the POD! So my entire body is getting red light at the cosmetic level. The next level is anti-inflammation/pain, where the red light goes deeper into the cells. That will be my next sequence of appointments, then I’ll try the General Wellness! This is a service for overall body wellness. Calming and clean environment. The staff have medical knowledge. It’s also therapy for your body and mind. Very relaxing treatment.
