Dr. Mulvaney is incredibly knowledgeable and makes sure to impart that knowledge on his patients — before, during, and after the procedure. He takes the time to explain the science, the reasoning, and what to expect, which immediately builds trust and confidence. Both my husband and I have gone to Dr. Mulvaney for SGBs, and we truly consider him & this treatment life savers. The care we received was not only clinically exceptional, but compassionate and thorough. You never feel rushed or like “just another patient.” You feel seen and supported. If you are considering an SGB, you want someone who deeply understands the nervous system and respects how vulnerable this decision can feel. Dr. Mulvaney does exactly that. We are beyond grateful for the impact he has had on our lives.

I had a great experience with Dr.Mulvaney and his team. I proactively scheduled PRGF procedures on a previously injured knee. Kim, the office manager, and Nancy, the medical assistant/nurse, were courtesy and professional. Dr. Mulvaney is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and communicates effectively. He discusses matters clearly with empathy and explains the treatment plan in detail. Kim is very efficient and the office atmosphere is positive and welcoming. Nancy is extremely competent with all clinical duties and is a great support to Dr. Mulvaney. She is thorough when taking your patient information, charting, and offers care with understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Mulvaney and the ROSM team.

I’ve been around and worked with tons of medical providers for several decades due to all of my injuries sustained in the Navy to include but not limited to a near death parachute accident. Dr. Mulvaney is a true professional that has a skill set unseen by others in the medical field. His compassion and care are shown through his treatment, wonderful staff, and the work he does to get people back on their feet and to a better place. I would highly recommend him as a physician for regenerative medicine and therapy if you have been in the pain locker like me. I have been feeling a ton better since driving up to Annapolis to see him.
