I have been a professional athlete for 10+ years and in aprofessional environment for twice as many. I traveled the world and seen many different practices that deal with pain manegement and provide health improvement services. When I walked in to those other offices it really felt like I am visiting a doctor and atleast for me that feeling never really feels right. Walking into APMI feels like walking into a home full of friends, healthy, good looking people who inspire you to do better for your mind and your body. Located on the highest floor of the building it provides clients with the latest technology for athletes to use such as Cryo chamber, EMsculpt machine, infra red sauna, Styku and brand new gym for rehabilitation with all the necessary equipment, great views and some more. The owner (Dr. Ghorbani), is a big fan of tennis which is quite hard to miss given the TV's on every step of the way that play Tennis Channel all the time. There is also autographed memorabilia and pictures on the hallways from various events around the world with professional athletes. That makes me comfortable knowing that the service is aiming to be very professional and attentive to anyone ranging from young people, professional athletes to seniors. Definitely a place to be a part of as nowhere else will you get such meticulous care and great advice on improvement of your well being. Definitely recommend!

From the time you walk in his office untill you leave you feel absolutely cared for. They take the time to listen and take care of your needs. My wife is in great hands now. After years of jumping from one doctor to another, she landed on Dr. Ghorbani's hand and she is better now. He's professional and addresses her condition with care. To us, it doesn't matter driving over an hour to reach his office in Chevy Chase, MD (we live in Bristow, Virginia). His staff is efficient, professional and nice. If you want excellent care, we highly recommend Dr. Ghorbani and his associates.
