Unfortunately, the visit did not meet acceptable standards of professionalism, patient care, or clinical efficiency. Throughout the appointment, there was an excessive focus on lengthy documentation, which significantly detracted from meaningful patient interaction and clinical assessment. Documents should a the least be emailed 24-48!hours before the visit, since the forms must be completed before seeing the doctor. The time spent completing paperwork appeared disproportionate to the actual evaluation and treatment provided, leaving me feeling rushed, unheard, and inadequately cared for.

My experience at Dr. Richardson’s office was a breath of fresh air in comparison to recent office visits I’ve had. The process was seamless from start to finish. I didn’t have to wait weeks for an appointment nor was I treated like another 15-minute slot on the schedule. Her attentiveness was refreshing and she was able to address my issue immediately. I will definitely be returning to her office.
