Nasseri Clinic

Great, caring staff. I’ve been coming here for 10+ years, and they’ve always treated me well. They’re very patient with me and my questions, and skepticisms. They made recommendations for years that I declined, and they let me. Then finally when I listened, they were right… Overall, I value their care and professionalism. Don’t know why it took me ten years to review it.

Went to Kristen Brown and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. My main concern was memory loss, yet she prescribed with Gabapentin - known to cause memory loss if taken long-term (research is fairly scarce but I really don't want to risk losing my memory - I'd rather just be in pain...). She did not inform me of this, and I didn't find out until doing my own research. When I went back and told her I'd like to switch treatment courses because of this, she said "yeah I'd probably do the same!"...well then why would you prescribe me that in the first place? and not warn me? She did not then tell me how to ween myself off of Gabapentin, which any responsible doctor would do, and left me with no solutions. I spent hundreds of dollars on visits and lab tests - in addition to hours and hours of my life - just to know that I probably have fibromyalgia. Cool. Additionally, the administrative people are not good. The one couldn't figure out my insurance - despite my never having issues with it in the past - and it took them two weeks after repeated calls from me to figure out how to place a basic order to my pharmacy. I guess to end on a nicer note, they were all friendly. Like so friendly I do feel bad even writing this, but it is only fair.

Folks 🙂 I just have to say without a doubt the Nasseri clinic for arthritic and rheumatic disease and helping with pain has been outstanding .. I've been with them now for 4 or 5 years and the attention and prompt service that I get I couldn't ask for any better 🙂.. and that's with ALL the staff and of course Dr Landis and Rachel and Becky and just everybody there 🙂 have been outstanding with helping me feel better... When I started years ago the first thing is they took my blood which they do on site🙂 they gave me the results within a day and I had very bad gout and inflammation which showed up in the blood test along with other things too.. right away they prescribed medicine and brought me right back in within a few weeks... and kept monitoring the situation with me coming back and calling..well Folks was feeling better 🙂within a couple weeks from all the attention and how they prescribed and the work that they did to help me.. I Also had tendonitis and bursitis on my hip / side and they gave me an appointment right away, gave cortisone shots and of course advised what to do before till I could get to them... And there again I recovered very rapidly plus they also advise other therapy and treatment.. These folks care 🙂 that's been my experience and I feel very fortunate to have found them.. So 🙂 to Dr Landis, Rachel and Becky and everybody there at the Nasseri clinic.. THANK YOU 🙂.. it's horrible to live with pain and go through these things but you make it a little easier..
