They throw a lot of poorly integrated technology at you for intake and it’s a whole slew of nuisances more than anything. They don’t seem to care much about patients with chronic pain either; the waiting room is cramped, cluttered, badly designed — NOT friendly to older / disabled prospective clientele. Hard pass.

This place has absolutely saved but most importantly helped me for the better. Dr. Eliassant genuinely cares to know everything about my life and never fails to give me great advice. His staff are very courteous and make sure that I set my next appointment. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to change their life.

Talking to Dr. Ogundepo is easy and he can be helpful when you can speak with him. His staff however seems to be quite careless and lack diligence. As long as they are receiving their paychecks, they don’t care about much else. The therapist Dr. John was late to our appointment and then ended the call abruptly before we could get started. He did not attempt to contact me no one attempted to reschedule and when I reached out about it, the email was ignored and I included screenshots. When I called, both people that I spoke with, conveniently ignored anything having to do with the appointment, so I asked them to cancel any future applies I will never work with them again. If you’re already feeling suicidal, dealing with careless people like them can definitely be the straw that breaks the camel’s back.
