I would like to share my utmost appreciation and gratitude to the team at Anagen Hair Restoration. I recently had a procedure done at their facility in Chevy Chase Maryland and everyone I interacted with from start to finish were so kind, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Andrea was my first point of contact when I Initially reached out to enquire about their services, while shopping around. Her exceptional customer service, efficiency and overall knowledge, won me over. Once I made the decision to move forward with the procedure, she immediately arranged my consults, appointment, pre prep, prescription etc and she remained efficient and consistent in her communication with me throughout the entire process, sometimes even working after hours. She continued to consistently check in with me after my surgery was complete, even on a holiday 🥰. She’s one of the most patient and kindest person I’ve encountered. My Doctor Al Tariq Harris, was very knowledgeable, personable, professional and has great bedside manners. He made sure that I was always aware of what to expect in every step of the process, he constantly checked in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I remained comfortable and at ease. He patiently answered every question I could think of. The team who assisted Dr Al Tariq Harris with my surgery (Melinda and Javier) were exceptional, professional, very patient and very kind. The atmosphere was so relaxing and comfortable simply because the entire team stayed attentive, maintained great energy and they even had me laughing, since they all have a great sense of humor, which helped to calm my nerves. I’m truly impressed by this team and how easy they made this experience for me. As I await the results of my procedure, my healing process have been much easier than I expected and I can honestly say I have no regrets thus far. So far so good. I would recommend Anagen Hair Restoration to anyone looking for a reputable, professional, efficient and customer centric team to perform their procedure🙏🏽

The team at Anagen was excellent throughout the process from start to finish. They provided excellent resources & information needed before, during and after the procedure. The surgery team also did an excellent job on the day of surgery.
