Melissa is the most caring and professional practitioner that I have ever worked with. It is refreshing to have a health professional that asks the right questions and also knows how to listen. Many doctors will send you for labs, but she is the first person to really go over what it all means. We are lucky to have her in the Belfast area!

Melissa is GREAT! She actually listens to my symptoms and concerns instead of just reading the blood test numbers. She explains everything and offers reading material to help me understand what's going on with my body (instead of just telling me what to do and pushing me out the virtual door).
