I had never done anything like this before and I was quite nervous about the whole thing going into it. As soon as I arrived and met Shauna and Jes my nerves were put to ease by their professional confidence, their soft and kind demeanor and the thorough orientation. The container they created felt warm and safe and allowed me to relax and turn inwards knowing that I was being cared for. The following day the integration was profound. Shauna and Jes complimented each other beautifully and assisted myself and others through the integration process with genuine care, curiosity and a beautiful ability to act as a mirror for thoughts and ideas. I feel honored to have had the opportunity to sit with these loving women and I am happy in the thought of their light rippling outward as they continue to help others.
