This is a well designed clinic for calming care and relaxation therapy. The clinic specializes in IV treatment. They off a wide range of modalities and therapy. Acupuncture and Massage Therapy are a few of the many services they provide.
Their IVs benefit the community in keeping people healthy.
They offer chiropractic care for alignment, keeping people moving and active. This is a multi faceted, dimensional health treatment clinic. Competent nursing staff. Kind and caring receptionists. Peaceful waiting areas. This health care team provides safe and professional therapy. It's a quiet and friendly place to heal my mind and my body. It is relaxing and soothing.

UPDATE: I received a call from Katie, the manager at The Born Clinic, shortly after posting my review, and I want to acknowledge how respectfully and professionally she handled the situation. She has been with the clinic for 25 years, and she sincerely apologized for the way I was spoken to. She emphasized that patient-centered care is their priority and that the interactions I described were not acceptable or in line with their standards.
She listened, validated my concerns, and took full responsibility on behalf of the clinic. I really appreciated her tone, her empathy, and the fact that she reached out so quickly. It meant a lot to feel heard and respected after the experiences I had.
I’m updating this review to reflect that the management handled my concerns with genuine care and professionalism.
I’ve been a patient at The Born Clinic on and off for years, and while the medical providers themselves have generally been helpful, the front desk experience continues to be a major issue.
On October 31, 2025 at 1:49 PM, I spoke with Danielle, and the entire interaction was rude, dismissive, and condescending. I was simply trying to clarify provider options and ask questions, and instead I was met with attitude and impatience.
Then again on November 10, 2025 at 9:13 AM, I spoke with Bethany, and the same thing happened — short, irritated tone, unhelpful responses, and zero compassion. These were routine questions, and I was spoken to like I was an inconvenience.
As someone living with chronic illness and a traumatic brain injury, I rely on patient-centered, trauma-informed communication. Instead, these calls left me stressed and disrespected.
What concerns me even more is that older reviews from years ago describe the exact same problem with the front desk staff being rude and negative. This isn’t a one-time issue — it’s a longstanding pattern that has never been corrected.
The Born Clinic has raised their prices significantly over the years, yet the quality of patient interaction at the front desk keeps declining. For a clinic that advertises integrative, compassionate care, the way the front desk treats patients is extremely disappointing.
I hope leadership finally addresses this behavior, because patients deserve better — especially those of us who already manage chronic conditions and depend on respectful, supportive communication.

I’ve had a very positive experience with the Born Clinic. If you’re looking for a more personalized, integrative approach to your health, especially for complex or chronic issues, this clinic is one of the few places that really digs deep.
The team is thorough, attentive, and data driven. They look at much more than just your symptoms. They focus on underlying causes and use detailed testing to uncover imbalances that typical doctors might overlook. I appreciated how they were open to both natural therapies and evidence based medicine, and they explained everything in a way that felt empowering rather than overwhelming, giving me the ability to pick the path that was tailored toward me.
The office is professional and clean. Wait times were minimal, and they took time during appointments rather than rushing through. I especially appreciated how collaborative they were as they listened carefully to my full background and concerns, and made me feel like a true partner in my care letting me determine what tests I want to proceed with. One thing that was also nice was they give you a price overview of each test so you can decide if you want to proceed as its a private pay practice.
Whether you are dealing with autoimmune issues, hormone imbalances, gut problems, or just want to optimize your health naturally, I would highly recommend giving them a try.

Dr. Robert Miller is the first doctor I've seen who wasn't confused by my issues or unfamiliar with potential causes. Our initial appointment felt like a conversation and not a rushed meeting like most other doctors.
My friend's been doing acupuncture with their office for a few weeks and it shrank her brain tumor???
So I'm very optimistic they'll be able to help me resolve my chronic fatigue. Unfortunately they're really expensive but at least I'm not wasting my money anymore.

I’ve been going to the Born since 2015 for Lyme, Mast Cell, POTS and dysautonomia. I was very sick and they gave me something that helped my symptoms. I’ve paid them around $40,000 for this therapy and recently went to pick up my treatment and they said it was handed out to anyone with allergies, and no one set one aside for me. I never wanted to order more than one because I knew other people probably needed it. I assumed they would take care of me after being a patient there for so long and REALLY needing it. I had to wait up to two months they said for this to come in. That was frustrating and I waited patiently for it, calling every week, only to get a call saying they weren’t ever getting them in again. During that time of waiting, I could’ve looked for other treatments, but they made me wait it out so when I found out they were no longer offering this treatment, my body has regressed big time. I’m very upset and angry and would’ve liked better care because now I’m left trying to figure it all out and feeling awful. Don’t offer a treatment and drop it without forewarning. Take better care of your patients…
