Great place to go for pain management. Dr Starchook is very knowledgeable and his staff is as well. I've had cervical RFA's and lumbar epidurals done here and he is great at getting the right spot. Considering getting some PRP therapy at L4-5 after I heal up from my recent C5-6, C6-7 artificial disc replacement surgery.

Absolutely terrible experience, has to be a scam. We paid 2 months at $1800 extra Cobra Insurance to keep our deductible already paid when we came here and they were in network. They did six block injections and then nerve ablations burning on three. Insurance came back saying it was an unproven procedure and would not pay it and said I did not have to pay it. Call the billing person here and they said they have seen this before and no I would not have to pay it. So why 3 months later are they still trying to get $10,000 out of me. That procedure caused me new excruciating pain that I still get sharp pain in my neck 4 months later. I screamed so bad on the table with a needle in my neck that I scared a lady down in the waiting room. They don't tell you that it can cause new and more pain than what your trying to get help for. I'm 63 years old and in chronic back pain. What a way to treat a person. Minus 5 stars!

Before the procedures I had very bad pain in my hip and knee joints. The pains were so strong that I could not go down or up the stairs because my legs would not bend. At night my hip joints ached. My doctors told me that the only way out was surgery. Dr. Starchook offered me a less drastic option — adding stem cells to the problem sites. I agreed gladly. I received two first shots in November 2017 (one to the knee and the second to the hip). After a week the pain improved and I began to walk more easily and was more mobile than before the procedure. A month later in December I received two more shots in my hip and knee as well. A month after the second procedures, the acute pain was gone, but I still could not move quickly. I felt a full recovery only after three months. Last summer, I worked very hard physically, carrying heavy loads while gardening without any problems. This is the second year and I feel like I was born again. I lost weight, feel younger, even look younger than my peers. I want to thank the doctor and his staff for helping me so much, wishing them good luck in treating suffering people! Thank you!
