I’ve been going to Optimum Health for over a year now, and it has truly made a difference in my overall wellness. I primarily see Dr. Matt for chiropractic care and nutritional guidance, and he has been such an important part of my health journey. He’s supported me not only with pain management and alignment, but also with my personal weight loss goals. For the past six months, we’ve been doing consistent body scans to track my progress, which has been incredibly motivating and helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an incredible experience at Optimum Health in Inver Grove Heights! After a nasty e-biking accident that landed me in the hospital for three days, I began my recovery with Danny and Matt, and they were amazing throughout the entire process. They introduced me to their red light therapy, and I couldn’t believe the results. Doctors told me it would take 4–5 months to heal certain injuries, but with their care and the therapy, I made an incredible recovery in just one month! The benefits have been truly life-changing. I’m so grateful for the care, knowledge, and encouragement Danny and Matt provided. I highly recommend Optimum Health to anyone recovering from an injury or looking to support their overall wellness!

I booked a 30 minute session for Optimum’s PEMF Therapy for soreness in my upper back. I would highly recommend it! The building was very clean and well organized. The Owner Danny was very helpful/informed on all of his services and what it can do for my health. I will be going back soon to try out the Sauna and cold tub. They have fair pricing with a full package of health and wellness services!
