I got NAD Injections. You Receive it in a perfect little bundle, which includes alcohol wipes, needles and the NAD supplement. Dr. Jack was incredibly helpful. He heard my concerns of mind fog and lack of energy and he knew the solution immediately. Naturally, I was reluctant to believe there was something magical to make my head fog go away and my exhaustion, but he was right. He was able to deliver it at a low price as well. I will absolutely be returning thank you so much. I wish I could give you 10 stars.
