There's no one in the city like Dr Russell. She is really thorough and kind and listens. She honors my thoughts about my body and prescribes the least invasive or toxic remedies for your condition. I've been going to her for years. Highly highly recommend.

Dr. Russell has been my physician for over 20 years. The level of care she provides is outstanding. She is caring, thorough, open minded and very knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and efficient. She does not take Medicare but I still pay out of pocket. I wouldn't trust my healthcare to anyone else.

I starting seeing Dr. Russel and Emily Day, NP last year and in a short time I feel better than I have in years. I have more energy and mental focus. My first appointment was 90 minutes. Very thorough. That kind of time and attention helped diagnose my health issues and get me on track with lifestyle changes, supplements and guidance. They follow up with new labs to check that my not only non-deficient in vitamins and minerals but optimal. The staff is always professional and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic for any health issues that is not resolving or even general optimal wellness. I didn't know I could feel so good in my mid 40s.
