About this clinic
Arch Neurosurgery in St. Louis offers stem-cell therapy and platelet-rich plasma injections for neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. The practice combines regenerative modalities with physical therapy in individualized treatment protocols. Dr. Joseph Yazdi, a neurosurgeon, leads the clinic with an emphasis on whole-person care and patient-centered decision-making. Treatment selection is guided by the patient's clinical presentation and imaging findings rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. The clinic positions itself as an alternative to conventional neurosurgical management for select patients, particularly those with chronic pain, nerve-related dysfunction, or degenerative conditions who wish to explore regenerative options be
I believed in him when there was no one else to turn to. He's my last hope to return to my life in full recovery or as close as possible. May he be blessed to help me as he has so many others. I can't deal with all this pain much longer.

When you go to your appointment, expect to wait. But here is why that's okay. Dr. Yazdi DOES NOT rush appointments. When you are waiting in the exam room, remind yourself that he is going to spend as much time as is needed to greet, listen, question, and diagnose. Just like he's doing with the person before you on the schedule. I have never once felt like he was trying to herd his patients in and out. When you're in his office, you'll feel like you're his most important patient. I appreciate that.

Dr Yazdi is a wonderful doctor who's been helping my husband with his severe back pain. He has never rushed through an appointment, is always kind and respectful and always offers reassurance. I believe he truly wants to help others. He is not arrogant or rude. My husband was barely able to walk last weekend. On Tuesday, Dr Yazdi put in a trial spinal cord stimulator in my husband's back and yesterday he walked 1 mile with no limp or pain!! It's amazing and we are so grateful to Dr Yazdi and looking forward to getting the permanent stimulator in so my husband can get back to living his life! We highly recommend Dr Yazdi to anyone suffering from chronic pain.

Dr. Yazdi, and his girls are the best! He was very thorough in explaining to my son what was going on with his health as well as explaining the best form of treatment. The girls were very nice and great with making sure my son was checked in & prepared to see the doctor.
It was our first time & it was just fabulous!
Thanks guys & keep up the great work!
