Dr Palmer reviewed my case with me prior to surgery and explained the procedure in understandable terms. I felt very confident about the high quality of case I was going to receive. Dr. Palmer has a team working for him that is competent and showed me compassion and courtesy at every follow up visit. I have no qualms about recommending Dr Palmer and his team to anyone considering total knee replacement surgery.

He was very personable and listened to me and I felt very comfortable with him. He was very open and honest and explained things so I could understand them easily. I will need knee replacements and although I have put it off for a long time, I’m anxious to be able to regain mobility and feel better. I will probably do another review after my surgery and recovery. After surgery: Had my knee surgery done on 8/18. Dr. Palmer and his staff were very nice and answered my questions and when I made phone calls they always made sure they returned the calls that same day. It’s only been 2-1/2 weeks, but I can see that I’ve made a lot of progress and I know that once I have my other knee done and finish recovery and therapy that I’ll be glad that this was done. I would definitely recommend Dr. Palmer to friends, family and anyone else thinking about knee replacement surgery. I feel he uses the most up to date procedures (he used the ROSA surgery) to get the best results possible.
