The medical team, lead by Dr. Tadros and Dr. Foroughi, is outstanding. Their comprehensive knowledge. expertise and experience is unsurpassed. Their compassionate, focused, and personalized care plans are geared to provide the best outcome possible for each patient. The staff is professional, courteous and efficient. Communication is clear, timely and complete. They do an outstanding job of accommodating patient schedules within established parameters and respecting the patient’s time by staying on schedule. The healing journey our family has experienced with this team of professionals has been a blessing. It is well worth the two hour drive from Central Missouri to receive the excellent care provided by the team at Midwest Institute for Hearts and Minds, and we will continue to refer family and friends, and wholeheartedly recommend the group.

We have always been treated with respect, the utmost care and compassion We highly recommend them for anyone who needs help with anxiety and depression. Sue’s treatments have brought her back to her former beautiful self.

Cannot recommend. At the time of writing, this facility only has 5 star reviews on Google; I did not receive 5 star care and feel it is important future patients are aware of this possibility. Communication was lacking from the start. The first appointment we made needed to be rescheduled almost immediately due to their mistake. Additional information that was needed was not provided initially and needed to be cleared up via Googling and asking at other facilities. I was asked for clarification to make sure we were "on the same page" regarding an issue, but then was informed they had proceeded without receiving said confirmation. They went as far as formally taking over my care the day before informing me they would not take me on as a patient. They cancelled my first appointment that had been scheduled for weeks with about 24 hours notice due to "getting off on the wrong foot" in regards to these communication misunderstandings. This left me not only with no appointment with them for a treatment, but made it literally impossible for me to get a timely treatment at another facility as they had taken over legally as my provider and no one else in the state could legally do so until that was undone. While Ketamine treatments themselves are extremely helpful and I would recommend them if you are struggling with treatment resistant issues they have been known to help, DO NOT trust this facility with your mental health. Everyone's time was wasted and the frustration surrounding the problems they directly caused has been significant. Edited: it took them 11 days to respond to the above (unedited) review. The response they posted is a cookie cutter form that someone clearly copied and pasted. I sort of feel this illustrates even better than my review the kind of service and attention to detail this facility offers.
