Professional yet friendly. Courteous and respectful. This whole team from check in to check out is amazing. I had 2 different doctors tell me what was wrong with my wrist, directions to help, but I never got better. Went to see Dr Mall, he immediately knew what the issue was, discussed treatment plan, and my wrist is already feeling better in less than a week. I urge you to go see Dr Nathan Mall for all of your ortho needs.

Our son received excellent care from Dr. Mall and his staff. They are experts, efficient, helpful and we have had a great experience navigating a tough situation thanks to them.
I had a total knee replacement done on 2/20/2025 by Dr. Mall. All indications are that the surgery itself went well, and the scar is healing. However, my complaint not with the doctor, but with his nurse practitioner and his office staff. I had a difficult and painful time trying to rehab from the surgery. I had complications from Multiple Sclerosis spasticity causing sudden dramatic contractions of my hamstring muscle in the operative leg, which in turn caused excruciating pain in my knee.
I called Dr. Mall's office several times complaining of these cramps. The office staff was dismissive. They offered no help except to say, "Eat a banana." They did not offer to ask the doctor, or suggest any other recourse.
After a couple of weeks, I went in to have my staples removed by the nurse practitioner. I shared with her about my painful cramps and asked if she thought a muscle relaxer would be helpful. Her curt reply: "muscle relaxers won't help your pain" and she left the room. No suggestions for help, no referral, no information, no explanations. Nothing but discouragement, like hitting a brick wall.
After about 3 weeks Dr. Mall finally called in a prescription for Cyclobenzaprine. That just made me loopy and had no effect on the painful spasticity. I stopped taking them after 3 days.
I was miserable, in pain, and frustrated. My in-home physical therapist was kind and concerned, but didn't have the answer for these sudden, painful contractions.
After 2 weeks of in-home PT, I changed to physical therapy at PARAQUAD at the Stephen A. Orthwein Center. They have a staff of therapists and innovative equipment to help in physical therapy. They understood much more about the spasticity, adapted my exercises to accommodate it.
After four weeks of suffering, I went to see my GP for my regular annual check-up. I shared my problem and suggested that perhaps it could be from Multiple Sclerosis. He agreed and prescribed BACLOFEN, and also suggested Magnesium Sulfate for the spasticity.
My therapist at Paraquad witnessed one of my painfully extreme spasms and was horrified. We worked successfully with exercises that were not painful. She also suggested that I visit LOGAN, a center sharing the same building with Paraquad, that focuses on chiropractic care, and other methods.
Today, I visited Logan for the first time and I was quite impressed. I received a thorough intake exam, and the therapists understood exactly my spasticity problem and how to treat it with some modified exercises to reduce swelling and pain while helping to increase strength.
Thank goodness I have finally found help. I only wished that I had been referred to Paraquad and Logan earlier.

Just wanted to say Dr. Mall took care of my son who broke his collar bone. He has a great bedside manner, explains everything in detail to the patient and allows for questions. He did an awesome job on my son who ended up needing surgery, my son had minimal pain mostly the first day and he has recovered with no issues. Thank you Dr. Mall for your knowledge and kindness you show to all your patients.
