It's always such a pleasure seeing Dr. Secil. She's so personable professional and knowledgable. Last minute I had to take my kids with me and my toddlers made it very stressful. The staff at the health center was so patient understanding and helpful. Reminder to check your email for the patient forms before your appointment as I was not made aware that I had paperwork. So make sure you fill them out ahead of time and bring insurance cards and dont bring your kids. It was still a great experience and I look forward to the next appointment going over my results and a plan of care.

I tried to give this Dr's office several chances, but I continuously received similar experiences each time. Highly unprofessional from multiple staff (I must point out there were some that were very amazing and I wish them continued success), that left me feeling embarrassed I recommended others initially. The office in my experience made me feel as though its only concern was getting cash from those who sought help rather than offering support. Suggesting expensive products that didn't work, and showing no kind of care. During a time where I expected my primary care physician to assist me, she was rude and tone death which at the very least she could have been was understanding. I would not recommend them to anyone and I hope they learn better etiquette and to be empathetic to those who are clearly seeking medical attention from them.
