This is one of the best medical facilities there is. I felt like I was at home, and I felt like family. The staff is amazing. Dr. Jackson, Elizabeth,and Courtney, and everyone for that matter, were great!!!! These are the types of people we need iin the medical field. I've came across to many people in this field that made me feel "just like another number" but the people at authentic health make me feel right at home. Thank you all and keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!

Dr Jackson and Elizabeth have been amazing to work with this past year! Extremely thorough in the diagnostics ordered and during our appointments. He has so much knowledge, looks to address the root causes of your issues and has lots of options to try to help you accomplish your goals. I couldn’t be happier with my decision for him to be my PCP.

I’ve been in the Precision program with Dr. Jonathan Jackson at Authentic Health, and it’s truly been life-changing. This program has helped me become more in tune with my body than ever before—it genuinely works. Dr. Jackson and the entire team are some of the most professional, responsive, and accommodating medical staff I’ve ever worked with. The level of care, attention, and communication is unmatched. Every interaction feels thoughtful and thorough, and I’ve always felt supported. I can’t recommend Authentic Health enough. 10 out of 10.

I was a patient with Wild Health before they changed the name to Authentic Health and became a direct care model. Prior to this, I had a decent experience with the staff. However, they never informed me that 1) my primary care provider had retired and 2) that they were switching to a direct care model. I found out when I attempted to make an appointment so that I could get a specialist referral, and realized that they were no longer accepting my insurance. Once I started calling around to try to get a new primary care physician, I realized that the practices that were accepting new patients were booking out months in advance to even get in for a first appointment. In addition to this, there are several presecriptions that I take daily that need to be filled about once a month. Trying to get in touch with anyone on the phone at Authentic Health to even fill these prescriptions while I wait to get into a new practice has proven to be impossible. Nobody seems to pick up the phone or return phone calls. The only way that I've been able to get these prescriptions filled is through my OB/GYN, who I am incredibly grateful for. For an establishment that is supposed to care about the health and well-being of their patients, Authentic Health has made me feel completely discarded. They should be ashamed of how little regard they have placed on the transition of their patients during this time. I would not recommend.
