This was such an amazing experience! Scheduling was quick and convenient, and they were so accommodating with my availability. The provider was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure I understood every step of the process. I felt comfortable, cared for, and confident the entire time. Highly recommend to anyone considering IV hydration!

After battling the stomach flu all weekend I booked an appointment here to try and regain my strength and energy to care for my 2 toddlers the following day so my husband could go back to work. I arrived 7 minutes early to my appointment to be told the lady that does the IV hydration therapy wasn't there yet but I could wait in the waiting room and they would let her know I was there when she arrived. 15 minutes past my appointment time someone came out to notify me that today was the ladies day off and asked if I could come back the next day.. which I could not come back the following day. I asked for a refund and left. The lady then called me and said if I really wanted the infusion she could meet me there later that night but having 2 small children thats not an option. I once again asked to just get refunded. If today was the ladies day off, that's fine. But please update your online booking system to reflect days off so that people can't book appointments and waste time going there just to be told the person isn't coming. Will not try booking again.
