Recently our department did part of our Staff Development at Cryo252. It was the Best Experience! The guys at Cryo made everyone feel comfortable including those who were hesitant about getting in the chamber. They were very knowledgeable and walked everyone through everything they offered. We did the chamber, compression therapy, vibration therapy and the sauna all while hanging out, listening to music, dancing and eating our lunch. With our jobs being so hectic especially this time of year they gave us the mental break and relaxation we needed in order to regroup and finish the semester STRONG! I highly recommend doing your Staff Development CRYO252! Thank You Mike & Kent!

Cryo 252 is an unusual but exciting & healthy experience to heal what ails you! Mike Hickman & his business partner offer a wide array of treatments to help ease tired muscles & joints or to help with acute or chronic pain management. My Neurologist office was familiar with them & agreed I should try it for my nerve damage/inflammation. My brother & I both tried leg compression & cryotherapy afterwards. I literally had tears in my eyes as we checked out because the treatments gave me relief from a back problem that causes me to limp as well as removed a great deal of swelling in my joints & legs! First time I had total relief from a headache as well. Lasted several hours which was excellent considering my level of pain & swelling. Give this experience a try bc it is a chill & a thrill to feel well!!! 😊✔ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ PIRATE FRIENDLY...Arrrrggh!☠💜💛

Such an amazing experience, and the staff made it so much better! They were so welcoming and friendly. I strongly suggest the infrared sauna if you need a good sweat, and it was so relaxing! Will definitely be returning!
