Dra Sanchez is amazing. Very sweet and caring, extremely professional and focused in the individual needs. She explained everything very clear, nothing was overlooked, she answered every question with si much care! She is my grandmother's favorite provider no questions asked! I had cero issues with scheduling, it was actually a very smooth process and even when it took some time to get the first appointment, the rest is easier and the staff is so nice and friendly, always trying to accommodate our needs. Practice looks very nice, everything super clean and the Doctor is incredible, so O would give them 10 stars if I could. My 84 years old grandma is very well taken care off, and that really means the world to me.

Had an infusion today. To say I was nervous and stressed is an understatement. My nurse was Tammy. She was so patient and compassionate with me! Thank you for an exceptional patient experience.

No respect for patient care or needs. Most disrespectful professional office I have ever visited. Called in October 2024 for an appointment with Dr Holden and was scheduled for Feb 2025. I received a call in December saying she wasn't available in February so rescheduled for May? Checked in online 30 minutes of paperwork, went to my appointment. There was an accident on the highway so I was 4 minutes late. I finally get to the receptionist who was helping people ahead of me and now I'm 15 minutes late and told to reschedule. After waiting 7months I'm supposed to wait another 6 months???? Clearly no regard for her patients. I will be seeking better care elsewhere.
