Renewed Mentality has been an amazing support for my sleep and my anxiety. I am working on completing protocols while experiencing a high risk pregnancy and it has provided great relief to my nervous system. Renewed mentality has been a great experience thus far. It started with the brain map which fits similar to a swim cap, it wasn’t hard or painful and fairly quick depending how long it took to get the 19 hook ups in the right spot. Getting the results of that was nothing short of amazing and validating. The brain map and reading of it showed feelings that I thought “were just normal” but turns out the brain needed some help! It was informative and I’m happy to know that renewed mentality can help with the symptoms I have been having for 5+ years. I am eager to continue my sessions and just see how much my life can change with neruofeedback. So far I’d 100% recommend!
